Beside his successful TV career as ORF television chef, Alexander Fankhauser always cherished the dream of his own restaurant. He dreamed of a kitchen where he could celebrate and realise all his visions, ideas and creativity with passion. An cuisine for all those who love to eat well!
In 1999, his big dream came true! The star cook opened the Restaurant Alexander on 1,500 metres above sea level which was among the best gourmet addresses of Austria and was continuously awarded by leading gourmet guides.
Restaurant Alexander was closed in 2020.
Today you take a seat in our Lamark parlour as an a-la-carte guest, as a Lamark house guest you are accompanied by Alexander's culinary delights all day long anyway.
