Mindfulness and relaxation retreat in Almtal Hochfügen
Constant stress and its effects on a physical and mental level are omnipresent. However, switching off and relaxing rarely works at the touch of a button - many people first have to learn to relax again.
Discover how to become ONE with nature and ONE with yourself again through mindfulness and relaxation.
Spend 2 days and evenings with our relaxation trainer Sabine Montibeller in the magnificent Zillertal mountains.
The fresh mountain air, the peace and quiet, the wonderful natural surroundings and the exercise and relaxation sessions will help you to recharge your batteries.
Various breathing techniques, exercises from Eastern movement theory (QiGong/Tai Chi and yoga), forest and nature bathing, as well as deep relaxation and meditation units are integrated.
Friday:
03.00 to 06.00 pm - Come together at Hotel Lamark with welcome drink and seminar overview, dinner
09.00 to 10.00 pm - Sound bath
Saturday:
07.00 to 08.00 am - Morning Qi Gong, followed by breakfast
10.00 to 12.00 am - BEING ONE with nature - nature bathing, mindfulness, breathing exercises, movement sessions, lunch
02.00 to 05.00 pm - BEING ONE with yourself - stress management, self-reflection, self-awareness, meditation, dinner
09.00 to 10.00 pm - Deep relaxation
Sunday:
07.00 to 08.00 am - Morning Qi Gong, followed by breakfast
10.00 to 12.00 am - BEING ONE with nature - nature bathing, mindfulness, breathing exercises, movement sessions, lunch, farewell and departure
