Beside his successful TV career, Alexander Fankhauser always cherished the dream of his own restaurant. He dreamed of a kitchen where he could celebrate and realise all his visions, ideas and creativity with passion. An awarded gourmet cuisine for all those who love to eat well!
In 1999, his big dream could finally come true! The star cook awarded with 3 toques opened the Restaurant Alexander on 1,500 metres above sea level which has been among the best gourmet addresses of Austria ever since and been continuously awarded by leading gourmet guides.
