A cosy parlour, panelled with spruce wood, at the Hotel Lamark is the location of culinary pinnacles. At the awarded restaurant in Zillertal, gourmets from near and far come together. The chef Alexander Fankhauser will excite all friends of exquisite cooking art with creative combinations from handed-down recipes and modern cuisine. The locals as well as gourmets coming from far away love to enjoy a meal here! Christian, the restaurant manager, will advise you on your choice of the perfect wine accompaniment to go with the distinguished eight- or ten-course menu.
Eating like “dahoam” - at home - in Tyrol, this means that products from local suppliers, such as the Tyrolean lamb, and recipes that already delighted generations of Tyroleans are used. Therefore we will not only serve the classic Haute Cuisine, but also the traditional Tyrolean cuisine, modernly interpreted and creatively refined.

During the summer months, the Restaurant Alexander remains closed.
During the winter months, the restaurant is always open from Thursday to Sunday from 6.30 pm.
As a hotel guest you will get a discount of € 20.00 for your room arrangement if you do not consume the half board. We recommend to make a table reservation at the Restaurant Alexander already with your booking.
HEARTY PLEASURE WITH A VIEW
On the sun terrace of the hotel with an unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains, we will serve international cuisine and Tyrolean specialties throughout the day. The Lamark parlour, where our guests can enjoy down-to-earth dishes from the traditional cuisine, is open daily in the winter, and from Thursday to Sunday in the summer.
