The pine furnished restaurant of the Hotel Lamark has become the first address for gourmets in recent years. Residents, but also many gourmets coming from afar, let themselves be enchanted by the creative mix offered by the young top chef Alexander Fankauser in the restaurant “Alexander”.
His awards, three toques and 18 points by Gault Millau as well as his title „Cook of the Year 2005“, guarantee our guests a culinary pleasure of the highest level.
During the day, you can try international dishes, but also Tyrolean food, at the hotel’s sun terrace enjoying an unspoilt view of the alpine panorama.
In the evening you can enjoy in style the à la carte menu of the restaurant „Alexander“. The menus vary from three to ten courses, complemented by a selection of exquisite wines from the hotel cellar.
Restaurant manager Christian spoils his guests in this exclusive environment during the whole evening and advises competently on the right choice of wine.
