	Schneestern Comfortable studio, 30 m², with bathroom or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar, safe and balcony. Double rooms with two additional beds possible.
	Schneeflocke Comfortable living- and bedroom, 30 m², the main rooms of the hotel with bathroom or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar, safe and balcony. Double rooms with two additional beds possible.
	Exklusive Suite "VIP" Exclusive suite under the gable with panoramic views, 80 m², with large corner seating unit and facilities as described in Type A. Only possible as a double room. Familysuite "VIP II" Comfortable suite under the gable with 2 seperate bedrooms, similar interior to the Suite VIP. Ideal for families with two children.

The package price includes:

• 7 day-stay in our comfortable rooms with complimentary bathrobes and slippers
• Breakfast buffet prepared by our breakfast chef
• Choice of 4-course evening meals with salad buffet
• 6-day super ski pass
• Use of the Lamark spa
• Ski storage room with ski boot warmer
• Free car parking in front of our hotel
• All taxes and duties included

The room price includes:

• Buffet breakfast
• All taxes and dues
• 4-course-meal of your choice with salad bar
• Use of the indoor swimming pool
• Sauna, steam room and fitness area

The Winter Packages at our hotel offer you the possibility to use the varied facilities of the hotel at attractive prices.

Whether you like Spa Treatments, Walking, children’s activities, Skiing or Culinary Delights – you are sure to find the offers you wished for on your holiday.

You are free on any evening to dine in the „Alexander“. For the replaced half board meal you will receive a refund of €20 per person during the winter season.

Children discounts:
Children up to 3 years of age: stay for free in their parents’ room
4-6 years: 80% reduction
7-12 years: 50% reduction
from 13 years: 10% reduction

All prices are in Euro and, if not specified otherwise, are valid per person.
The Austrian contract terms for Hotels apply.
Up to two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival day, no cancellation charges apply. After this period, we charge 70 % of the price of accommodation. Errors and changes excluded.

The Winter Packages of our hotel offer you the possibility to use the rich infrastructure of the hotel at favourable prices. 
You are sure to find the right offer for your holidays, no matter what you are looking for; be it spa treatments, hiking, children’s activities, skiing fun  or gourmet pleasures.
The “Alexander” restaurant is open for your dining pleasure every evening. During the winter season, we will redeem the half-board dinner with € 20,- per person.

Against surcharge:

• Sun bed and massage
• Ski school and ski rental, at the hotel

Mini-break at the Lamark hotel:
If you have just a few days …For short stays of up to two nights, we will charge an additional € 10.- per person and day.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your room will be available as from 3:00 in the afternoon. Please leave your room by 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

Payment:
We prefer cash or EC card, but accept VISA and Mastercard, too.

Surcharge for New Year’s Eve:
€ 80,- per person older than 12

Pets:
We accept small dogs with experience in staying at the Hotel.
Please take a basket with you.
The extra for a dog will be Euro 15.--/day without food.
Dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant- and the Pool-Area.
Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation:
Cancellation up to two weeks before your scheduled arrival will not entail any cancellation fees. If you cancel less than two weeks before your scheduled arrival, we will charge 70% of your room fee.

Down payment:
Please make a down payment of € 350,- per room to our account to secure your booking.

Room category:
We hope you will understand that we will be pleased to confirm the category of room booked, but not the floor or room number.

Redemption:
If you book a table at the “Alexander” restaurant during your stay, we will redeem the half-board dinner with 20.- per person.auf die Halbpension bei Reservierung im Restaurant Alexander pro Person € 20,-
